Healing is not a race.

You are allowed to:

  • Take breaks.
  • Feel deeply.
  • Protect your peace.
  • Start again.

Healing isn’t about becoming someone new.
It’s about returning to who you were before the world told you who to be.

Give yourself grace.
You’re doing better than you think.
